8. Our services
Bridge the Gap and Learn With Me offers the following services to expat families relocating to the Netherlands:
Education consulting: guidance on understanding the Dutch education system and choosing the right school for your child.
Dutch curriculum support: help understanding and navigating what your child will be learning in a Dutch school environment.
Child-centered relocation coaching: support focused on your child's emotional and academic transition during an international move.
English language lessons: English language tuition for children or adults.
All services are provided by Lizzie Bate. Session arrangements, scheduling, and pricing are agreed upon directly between Lizzie and the client before services begin. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session where necessary, and will give as much notice as possible in that event.
Our services are intended to support and inform. They do not replace the advice of schools, healthcare professionals, or other qualified specialists.
9. Payments and cancellations
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us at info@bridgethegapandlearnwithme.com as soon as possible. Cancellation policies will be agreed upon at the start of the service arrangement.
